About MASON.

MASON. is a singer-songwriter from NYC who bleeds Black and Gold and currently lives in Nashville, TN with his son Pouncey. His music blends an incredibly vast range of influences from Madison Cunningham to Glen Hansard to Manchester Orchestra to James Taylor to Dr. Dog to The Barenaked Ladies, to name a few. In doing so, MASON. has created his own unique style of vulnerable and engaging music that, while sometimes leaning musically complicated, always remains emotionally accessible to all.

Bottom line, the dude just loves to do the thing he loves to do with the people he loves most.

The Annual Business Meeting

The Business Meeting is an annual benefit concert put on by MASON. & Mr. Business in Pittsburgh, PA to raise money for the Mac Miller Fund. In it’s first year, the evening took place at The Funhouse in Millvale in front of 150 people with a 2 hour MASON. & Mr. Business set featuring Noa Solomon, Adi Schrieber, Ethan Beck, and The Larchmont Solomons. The night raised $1,558 for the fund to support programming, resources and opportunities for youth from underserved communities, as well as supporting organizations that identify and address the problems of substance abuse in the music industry.

The 2nd Annual Business Meeting took place on November 24th at the Cellar at the Original Pittsburgh Winery.  Featuring guest apperences from Fletcher Sapp, Zachary Lee, The Levine Family, and of course, Noa Solomon, the night raised $4,727 thanks to our generous sponsors and audience members! The full concert movie and live album is out now!

The 3rd Annual Business Meeting took place on March 29th, back at the Funhouse at Mr. Smalls! It was another incredible evening of family, friends, and music featuring Mirabelle Skipworth, Tuker Muetzel, and Julia Norah. The nigh raised over $2,500 for the Mac Miller Foundation.
